Shokhekini is a small Dhaka studio gathering flowers, collectibles, hobbies, beauty and gifts — the little wonders we buy simply because they make us happy.
How it started
Shokhekini began the way most collections do — with a shelf that kept filling up. Pressed flowers from a walk, a hand-thrown clay cup from a roadside potter, a brass trinket found in Old Dhaka. Objects that weren't strictly useful, but that we loved keeping.
We started Shokhekini to make that feeling shareable: a curated place for artisan-made pieces from across Bangladesh, chosen for craft and character rather than volume. Everything is real, made in small batches, and priced honestly in ৳.

What is 'Shokh'?
Shokh (শখ) is a Bengali word for a fond hobby or a small, personal indulgence — a passion pursued purely for the love of it. Shokhekini is the one who follows their shokh. This whole store is built around that feeling.

We work directly with potters in Kishoreganj, coppersmiths in Dhamrai, block-printers, paper-makers and flower-pressers across the country. No middlemen, no factory lines — just makers we know by name.
