Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Delivery areas & timelines
- Dhaka Metro: same-day if you order before 2pm, otherwise next day.
- Rest of Bangladesh: 2–4 business days via tracked express courier.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: ৳60 — free on orders over ৳1,500.
- Same-day Dhaka: ৳120, for orders placed before 2pm within Dhaka Metro.
Your exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you place the order.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships we add a courier tracking number, visible on your order page. Each order also has a live status timeline from confirmed through delivered.
Packaging
Every parcel is hand-packed with fragrant cedar shavings, unbleached Lokta wrap and a handwritten, wax-sealed note. Fragile items are cushioned and covered by our Breakage Guarantee.
Payment on delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh — pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Online payment (bKash, Nagad, cards) is coming soon.
