Welcome to Shokhekini. These terms govern your use of shokhekini.com and any purchase you make. By using the store, you agree to them.

Ordering & pricing

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We calculate and confirm your order total — items, discounts, delivery — on our servers at checkout, so the total you pay is always the authoritative one.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once we've verified stock and details; we may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or an error is found, and will refund any payment.

Products

Our items are handmade in small batches, so slight natural variations in colour, texture and size are expected and are part of their character. We photograph and describe everything as accurately as we can.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh. Where online payment is offered, it is handled by our payment partners; we never store your card details. You confirm you're authorised to use your chosen payment method.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the store — no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Intellectual property

The Shokhekini name, branding, photography and site content belong to us or our makers and may not be used without permission.

Liability

We provide the store with care but "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
